General Update - Photo, Shows, Convention

Tuesday, June 24th, 2003

Despite the lack of major news headlines, there is nonetheless a great deal of small projects and events occuring here surrounding the shows and whatnot.
First, for those that enjoy the pictures that I post, there is a beautiful new picture of myself and Glenn Crawford blowing a tandem fireball. It’s simply spectacular. Our two styles of firebreathing combined to make a dramatic image. I’m known for the shear size and mushroom-cloud quality of my fire blows, and Glenn is known for the long duration, and you can certainly see here how the size and duration combined to make a beautiful cloud of fire.

The shows are going very well, and Steve Taubman and I are doing some remarkable mental work, including a great deal of psychometry and direct mindreading. In addition to the two-person shows, I’m working on new flyers for the solo act.

Midsummer Firewalk

Wednesday, June 18th, 2003

Following the day-long Phoenix Roost Tavern Midsummer Feast on Saturday, June 21st, I will again be holding a firewalking workshop. This firewalk promises to deliver upwards to 60 new participants, and as it is part of the annual fantasy feast, will be delivered with fantastical ritualistic style. Flying banners, torches lining the entry path, musical accompaniment and the voice of yours truly will make this an event to remember.

The Phoenix Roost Tavern feast will be held at Crawford Farm in Belmont, NH.
